I ran 8 miles yesterday.
That’s the farthest I’ve ever run in my life! I’m trying not to care that I ran it as slow as the bologna-smelling grandma on the treadmill next to me probably would or that I took three baby breaks. Boy was I glad I gave in.
I rolled my hips, IT bands/quads, hammies, and calves.

What’s the longest distance you’ve ever run?
Are you part of the FRC aka Foam Roller Cult too?
